By accessing, creating an account on, or using any betx9 service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to all provisions of these Terms, as well as our Privacy Policy and the specific rules governing each product available on the platform.
For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

To create an account and use betx9's services, the User must meet all of the following requirements:
Important: betx9 is a platform intended exclusively for adults. Account registration by anyone under 18 is strictly prohibited and subject to immediate account cancellation and balance forfeiture, in accordance with Brazilian law and minor protection guidelines.
Betx9 reserves the right to request additional documents at any time to verify the User's identity — including a national ID, driver's license, proof of address, and a selfie — as part of the KYC verification process. Failure to provide the requested documents may result in temporary suspension or permanent closure of the account.
Each User may hold only one active account on the betx9 platform, linked to their CPF. Creating multiple accounts — regardless of the email address, phone number, or device used — is strictly prohibited and may result in the cancellation of all accounts and forfeiture of balances, particularly if bonuses or promotions were used across more than one account.
The User is solely responsible for keeping their login credentials (email and password) confidential. We recommend using strong passwords, unique to betx9, and enabling two-factor authentication where available. betx9 will never ask for your password via email, chat, or phone.
If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, contact betx9 support immediately via live chat, available 24 hours a day. betx9 is not liable for financial losses resulting from the User's voluntary or negligent disclosure of their credentials.
The User may request account closure at any time through betx9 support. The available balance will be returned via Pix to the registered key under the account holder's name, once all pending bets are settled and any active bonus rollover requirements are met.
betx9 may unilaterally close or suspend an account in cases of breach of these Terms, suspected fraud, money laundering, or manipulative behavior, without prior notice and with the possibility of withholding the balance pending investigation.
Betx9 operates exclusively with Brazilian payment methods. All amounts are processed in BRL (R$). Accepted methods are:
The minimum Pix deposit is R$ 20,00. betx9 does not accept third-party deposits — the payment method used must be registered under the same account holder's name.
Withdrawals are processed exclusively via Pix to the key registered under the account holder's name, within 2 minutes of the request. betx9 charges no withdrawal fees. Users must have completed the KYC verification process before submitting their first withdrawal request. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are strictly prohibited.
Betx9 reserves the right to request additional verification before processing withdrawals above internally defined limits or in cases of unusual account activity.
Pix in 2 minutes: Pix withdrawals are processed automatically by betx9 within 2 minutes of the request, 24 hours a day. This timeframe may be extended in cases requiring additional security verification.
All bets placed on betx9 are the User's sole responsibility. By confirming a bet, the User acknowledges that the decision was made independently and with full awareness that the outcome is uncertain and that the amount wagered may be lost. betx9 does not provide financial or investment advice — Sports Betting is a form of entertainment that carries financial risk.
Bets are final once confirmed by the system. betx9 does not cancel confirmed bets due to User error — please review your bet slip before confirming. In the event of incorrect odds due to a technical error, betx9 reserves the right to cancel the bet and refund the staked amount.
Bet outcomes are determined based on the official results issued by the relevant competitions and governing bodies. For football bets — Brasileirão Série A, Copa do Brasil, Libertadores, and other competitions — the result considered is always that of 90 minutes of regular play, unless the market description states otherwise. Extra time and penalty shootouts are only factored in for specific markets that explicitly include such conditions.
If an event is cancelled before it starts, all pre-event bets will be refunded. If an event is interrupted after it begins and cannot be completed within 48 hours of the original scheduled time, betx9 may refund the affected bets based on the state of the event at the time of interruption, in accordance with the specific rules for each sport.
Betx9 offers casino games from internationally licensed providers, including slots, blackjack, roulette, baccarat, live casino with Portuguese-speaking dealers, crash games, and bingo. Each game has specific rules accessible within the game interface.
The RTP (Return to Player) of each game is certified by independent bodies such as eCOGRA and is available in each game's information section. The RTP reflects the theoretical long-term return to the player, but does not guarantee results in individual sessions — each round is independent and determined by certified random number generators (RNG).

Betx9 is not responsible for game interruptions caused by failures in the User's internet connection. If a disconnection occurs during an active live casino round, the outcome of that round will follow the official table result recorded by the betx9 system.

About rollover: bets on markets with odds below the specified minimum (generally 1.60), parlays containing obvious selections, or markets excluded from the promotion may not count toward rollover requirements. Please read the specific conditions of each promotion.
The betx9 VIP Program is a loyalty program with four tiers — Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond — that rewards active users with increasing benefits. The VIP tier is calculated based on betting volume in the calendar month and updated on the first day of the following month.
VIP cashback is credited every Monday as real balance to the User's account, with no additional rollover beyond the minimum betting requirements outlined in the program conditions. The cashback percentage ranges from 5% to 20% depending on the User's active VIP tier during the period.
Betx9 reserves the right to adjust the VIP Program's terms with 15 days' prior notice to active members. VIP level downgrades due to inactivity follow the rules detailed on the VIP Program page.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the betx9 platform and is subject to immediate account closure and possible balance forfeiture:

To the maximum extent permitted by Brazilian law, betx9's total liability to any User is limited to the total amount deposited by that User in the 30 days prior to the event giving rise to the claim.
Betx9 may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated by email or in-platform notification at least 15 days before taking effect — except in cases of emergency changes driven by regulatory updates or court decisions, which may take immediate effect.
Continued use of the betx9 platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes automatic acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree with the changes, you must close your account before the effective date and withdraw your available balance.
These Terms are governed by Brazilian law. Any dispute arising from the relationship between the User and betx9 will be resolved preferably through mediation and, if necessary, in the court of the User's place of residence in Brazil, in accordance with the Consumer Protection Code.
